Fall Group Dance Classes Series starts next week and we want you to join us! Group classes give a great opportunity to learn how to dance in a fun social setting. Group dance classes give you a chance to meet new people, improve you flexibility, boost your self-esteem and self-
confidence, and most of all improve your memory. Dance has been proven to slow down the aging process and increase our memorizing skills! Many of us believe that dance is not for us, that we have “two left feet” or that we don’t have a partner so we cannot join group dance classes. This is a misconception that prevents many of us from taking a first step and signing ourselves up for something new and exciting. At Dancesport we believe that everyone can dance and that everyone can enjoy the “new and unknown.” You don’t need a partner to join our groups nor the prior experience. The only thing that you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and positive motivation!
Our Fall Group Dance Series will start with the two most popular social dances: Salsa and Swing! Both of the dances are lively, fun, and energetic with a little bit of twists, turns, and spins. We will teach you the basic and more advanced moves so you can feel comfortable on the dance floor and in any social setting that we hope you are going to explore after taking our class!
