This Saturday, September 21st, 2019 we are going to join other wonderful fitness and dance instructors to show how dance is strongly connected with other forms of fitness, such as Yoga, LaBlast, Nia, or Cardio dance fitness. This is a free event called the Festival of Movement that will give everyone a chance to discover the right for them form of exercising for their mind and body. We are going to have a little Ballroom demonstration and we are looking forward to seeing you and dancing with you!
